Worth knowing
- This Chilean lobelia, up to 4 m tall, contains active alkaloids. Its large, felty leaves have been smoked as a narcotic, which gave it the name tabaco del diablo, "devil's tobacco"; ironically it has also been used to treat nicotine addiction. Wikipedia: Lobelia tupa
